Martin Vodden has 30 years’ experience in asset finance having started his career with Lombard North Central PLC (part of Nat West Bank PLC). For the last 15 years he has been a director at First Asset Finance PLC where he has worked with many blue chip clients structuring and funding various transactions and programmes. Martin’s experience incorporates credit assessment/enhancement; asset management; lease structuring and pricing; cross border and receivables financing, amongst other more traditional methods of financing.

With over 15 years’ experience as a senior communications specialist for Government, Michelle has delivered large integrated public affairs and external advertising campaigns for Government ranging from communicate pensions policy, welfare reform, trade policy and small business marketing. Michelle also leads programmes in leadership communications capability for the UK Civil Service, to improve staff engagement.
